A four-storey building has collapsed in eastern Mumbai's Ghatkopar area.
Nine people have been rescued and more than 30 are still feared trapped.
A team of Mumbai Police, fire department and disaster management is at the spot for rescue and relief operation.
Some of the injured have been admitted to a local hospital.
