West bengal's pwd minister Arup Biswas has not obeyed the instructions of central government.
Instead,he says'our Goverment has not taken any decision about the instructions given by the central government.
It seems,he is running the west Bengal government as a country government.
At other hand,central government has clearly told to all states and Ut's to follow the instructions.
So,can we think that what actions will be taken on this type of VIP's who are not following the rules of Indian government.
It is clearly told that we had to stop this VIP culture,but to follow the common man culture.
