Districts of Dewas,Ujjain,Sihore,Khargaon,Ratlam and Neemach remain tense after violence spread following Tuesday's police firing incident on protesting farmers which left five of them dead.
After violence in at least half a dozen districts in Madhya pradesh,no fresh incident has been reported in the troubled districts.
Markanday Deuskar,inspector general of police,law and order that only one incident has been reported since 4 pm yesterday.
"In Ujjain,stone pelting by some local on a farmer union procession took place today morning,but largely the situation is under control,"he said.
